The SICCI Secretariat is the operational team that delivers services to our members, implements Board decisions, and works daily to advance the interests of the private sector in Solomon Islands.
Since 1978, SICCI has been the voice of the private sector in Solomon Islands. Our dedicated team works every day to ensure that business perspectives are heard in policy discussions, that our members receive the support they need to grow, and that we continue building an enabling environment for enterprise. The CEO leads the SICCI Secretariat and oversees all Chamber operations, driving strategic initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the Chamber delivers value to its members. The CEO represents SICCI at national and international forums and coordinates closely with the Board of Directors.
Operations Manager

Policy & Advocacy Officer
policy@solomonchamber.com.sbSupports SICCI's advocacy work through policy research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Prepares submissions, briefings, and position papers on matters affecting the business community.
Membership & Communications Officer
membership@solomonchamber.com.sbManages member relations, recruitment, and retention. Oversees SICCI's communications, media relations, newsletters, and digital presence to keep members informed.
Events & Programs Coordinator
events@solomonchamber.com.sbCoordinates SICCI's events program including Business Breakfasts, Business After 5 networking events, training workshops, and the annual Business Excellence Awards.
Finance & Administration Officer
finance@solomonchamber.com.sbOversees financial management, bookkeeping, and administrative operations. Ensures SICCI maintains sound financial practices, compliance, and efficient administrative processes.
